Karen creates and delivers bespoke arts and culture projects for museums, schools and community groups, which range from short half-day workshops to long projects on multiple sites. She has over 25 years experience working in educational settings as a creative practitioner and 20 years working in and with museums, delivering arts and culture projects.

Wide range of arts and cultural art forms including architecture, art & design, murals, painting, glass-painting, textiles, print-making, mosaics, mask-making & puppets, sculpture and environmental design.
Karen is a trained architect and professional artist with project management skills, a post-16 teaching qualification and trained in museum interpretation. She focuses on the importance of legacy through outcome, skill-sharing, CPD for teachers and museum professionals and curating exhibitions of artwork.
She specialises in bespoke arts and culture projects. Her work is inspired by the individuals involved, the buildings and places where they live, their culture, history and other special features in their lives and lives of their communities. Projects are student-centred, making their ideas reality in a supported way, giving them a voice and a feeling of pride.
